1. Sponsor: Dealer Auction, 1720 Ocalla Ave, Dallas, TX 75218 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility: The Raptor Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and any other state or jurisdiction where such sweepstakes are prohibited or restricted by law, who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on June 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

4. How to Enter:

o Techsan Journeys Entry Method: Receive one (1) entry for every 100 points collected through the Techsan Journeys platform during the Sweepstakes Period, subject to the entry limit below.

o Free  Entry  Method:  To  enter  without  purchase,  visit https://www.dealerauction.com/#form and follow the instructions to submit your full name, address, phone number, and email address. Each completed submission constitutes one (1) entry. Free entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM CT on June 1, 2026.

o Entry Limit: Regardless of entry method, each entrant is limited to a maximum of ten (10) entries during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries exceeding this limit will be void.

5. Prize:

o Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a prize valued up to $85,000, which is the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of a Ford Raptor (the “Raptor”). The winner may choose either: ▪ A Ford Raptor, with the prize covering the MSRP up to $85,000; or

▪ A different vehicle of their choice, with the prize covering the MSRP of the selected vehicle up to $85,000 (or a lesser amount if the vehicle’s MSRP is less than $85,000).

o The prize will be applied solely toward the MSRP of the chosen vehicle and does not include taxes, title, license fees, registration, insurance, or any other costs associated with the vehicle purchase or ownership (collectively, “TT&L”). The winner is solely responsible for all TT&L and any additional costs if the vehicle’s MSRP exceeds $85,000.

o Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $85,000, depending on the vehicle selected. o No cash alternative or substitution of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the prize or any portion thereof cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

o On or about June 19, 2026, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

o The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond within 7 days of notification and provide any required verification (e.g., proof of eligibility, signed affidavit, or release forms).

o If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at its discretion.

7. Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions:

o By  participating,  entrants  agree  to  be  bound  by  these  Official  Rules  and  the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. o Sponsor  is  not  responsible  for  lost,  late,  incomplete,  illegible,  or  misdirected entries, or for any technical failures affecting entry or notification.

o Entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

o Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical  failures,  or  any  other  factor  impairs  its  integrity,  as  determined  by Sponsor.

9. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the prize’s value.

10. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

12. Winner’s List: For the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Raptor Giveaway Winner’s List, Dealer Auction, 1720 Ocalla Ave, Dallas, TX 75218, within 60 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
